Tip of the month:
Endorphins released in the body work to calm and relax. To relieve tension and produce a calming effect
in your horse rub these areas with slow steady pressure-
-
With your thumb and middle finger just inside each ear, rub from the top of the poll down to the top of
the eyes.
-
With the ball of your fingertips rub, from one side to the other, just above the eye on the indentation and
just below the eye socket.
-
Stand facing the direction that your horse is facing and rub jowel area with both hands.
-
With the back of your hand gently touch the outside of your horses ear in an upward motion.
